Photos

We've got a few photos below, but you can see the complete set as a slideshow here.

The school looked great, the entrance brought to life by the sign that dad Huw Morgan made for us. Stunning job!

It was literally wrapped in the flags the children made and took into school before the big day and which a team of supermums stickhed together!

The children particularly enjoyed printing their own newspapers with print blocks an artist brought up from her Cornwall studio.

We had half a ton of clay imported (thanks to Mr Higgins for carrying it all in) from which the children crafted a clay mountain of amazing characters.

In silhouette story telling the children made paper cut-outs of their favourite fairytale characters whcih they brought to life with shadow puppetry and their own musical soundtrack.

Noisy toys was a real hit - the chance to experiment with a load of music making gadgets and gizmos to explore the way noise, music and sounds are made.

In 'what's in the box' created and run by a team our sponsor company EHS 4D, the children had to touch, feel, smell and listen to things in boxes and use their reaction as inspiration for a short story or picture.

With the help of a team of superdads, in newspaper imagineering the children studied mechanical structures, built spaghetti towers and then rolled old newspapers on artist Darcy Turner's stixx rolling machine to add to the House of Fairy Tales throne.

One of the treasured passports.
